Boga is a sustainable, unmanned surface water exploration bot developed by East Delta University students. Designed with a body made from bamboo and recycled oil cans, it is optimized for autonomous missions in water bodies across Bangladesh. Equipped with an Arduino Uno, Boga is capable of performing critical data collection from various water bodies, including flood-prone areas. It can be controlled using a slide guide for precise navigation during missions. Boga’s core applications include monitoring environmental conditions, detecting hazardous situations like water contamination or mass casualties during floods, and providing real-time insights in flood emergencies. Its cost-efficient design ensures it is an affordable solution for environmental monitoring, flood detection, and research, making it a valuable tool for sustainable water management.
